Care Professionals Sought for Acute Mental Health Role

About the Role:
We are currently seeking Staff Nurses to join our team at Priory Lakeside View. This unique opportunity offers the chance to work in a unit where extensive multidisciplinary team (MDT) support is provided to both patients and colleagues alike. You will be working alongside a dedicated team of professionals, including Ward Managers, Charge Nurses, Doctors, Support Workers, Therapists, Activity Coordinators, and the Senior Management Team. Your primary responsibility will be to care for patients with acute mental health needs who are admitted to us for assessment and treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with NMC standards and guidelines
* Collaborate with the MDT to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Participate in regular multidisciplinary meetings to ensure comprehensive care planning
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
* Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment by promoting open communication and teamwork
Requirements:
* Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (Mental Health)
* Evidence of post-registration continuing professional development
* Positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality
* Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
* Knowledge of NMC standards and guidelines, as well as the Mental Health Act and Code of Practice
