About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at Lakeside View. As a key member of our Multi-Disciplinary Team, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals in providing person-centred care to patients with complex mental health needs.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualised treatment plans to optimise patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care pathways and effective discharge planning.
  • Provide training and supervision to junior staff members to ensure high standards of care.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of new initiatives and policies.
