About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at Lakeside View, a leading mental health hospital. As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with complex mental health needs.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Conduct training and education sessions for staff to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements
  • CCST/CCT or equivalent in psychiatry.
