Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments and treatment plans for patients
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver person-centred care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Conduct training and education sessions for junior staff members
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
- CCST/CCT or equivalent in psychiatry
- Registration with the GMC, including being on the special register for Psychiatry
- Experience working in inpatient settings with people with significant mental health difficulties
- Ability to conduct training and education sessions
