Your primary responsibilities will encompass:

  • Guiding our Intelligence mission area teams to achieve ambitious growth targets within the UK market.
  • Cultivating and managing relationships with senior decision-makers (up to 4* level) across these critical government agencies.
  • Developing and executing comprehensive capture strategies, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of pursuits aligned with both annual operating plans and long-range roadmaps.
  • Championing excellence in business development, pipeline management, and proposal writing, consistently delivering compelling bids that resonate with our target audience.
  • Collaborating closely with US-based Business Development & Capture teams to effectively pursue international opportunities that leverage Raytheon Technologies' global expertise.

  • Extensive experience within the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD) or other government agencies, demonstrating a deep understanding of their operational requirements and procurement processes.
  • A proven track record of success in commercial negotiations, risk management, and driving profitable business growth within the defense, security, or aerospace sectors.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
