CK Group is seeking a Strategic Communications Lead to join a leading diagnostics organization on a contractual basis.


Compensation:
Competitive daily rates ranging from £300 to £375 PAYE or £400 to £500 via Umbrella.

Role Overview:


Collaborate with team members within the communications department and across various divisions to create and implement communication initiatives that effectively engage and inform both internal and external stakeholders about our mission, strategic objectives, and achievements.

Partner with the team to formulate and execute our communication strategy, utilizing content that enhances our core messages and optimizes our internal and external communication channels.

Design and implement communication plans aligned with organizational goals, employing a diverse range of innovative and impactful content.

Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organization to understand the projects and initiatives that necessitate effective communication support.

Incorporate performance metrics into all initiatives to develop a comprehensive understanding of communication effectiveness and leverage insights to refine future communication efforts.


Candidate Profile:
Exceptional skills in planning, organization, and project management.
Experience in crafting content for multiple platforms (both digital and in-person).
Proficient in relationship management, including building rapport, influencing, and negotiating.
Thorough understanding of communication best practices.
Adept at interpreting complex and technical information and transforming it into engaging content for diverse audiences.
Demonstrated success in executing communication initiatives and campaigns.
Ability to adapt and manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
Proven capability to assess the impact of communication activities and utilize insights to guide future strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:
Interest or expertise in photography, videography, and editing.
Familiarity with digital platforms, including content management systems.
Strong media management skills and an understanding of newsworthy content.

Work Arrangement:
