Position Overview:

Exclusive Education is seeking a dedicated SEN Support Assistant to provide assistance across Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to Key Stage 5 in a supportive educational environment for students with Autism.

Role Responsibilities:

This role involves working five days a week, focusing on the needs of pupils with Autism and associated behavioral challenges.

Ideal Candidate:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A relevant qualification in teaching assistance (e.g., NCFE, CACHE, or NVQ Level 1, 2, or 3) is desirable.
  • Experience working with children within the last two years.
  • Background in supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs.
  • Two professional references from previous child-related roles.
  • A current DBS check registered with the update service or willingness to obtain one.
