Job Title: Retail Operations Supervisor

As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the management team in overseeing the daily operations of assigned stores within a specific region. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks aimed at achieving store performance targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure customers receive attentive and professional service throughout their shopping experience. Address inquiries promptly and effectively, resolving any issues in a courteous manner. Maintain high standards of personal appearance and adherence to company dress code guidelines.
  • Sales Performance: Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products. Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Utilize in-store technology effectively to enhance the customer experience and drive sales growth.
  • Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation: Create an inviting and appealing shopping environment by implementing visual merchandising strategies that attract customers and encourage purchases. Ensure merchandise is accurately priced, displayed, and maintained according to company standards.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Motivate and guide the store team to achieve performance goals. Provide ongoing training and support to enhance their skills and knowledge. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales results.
