Job Summary:

Zachary Daniels is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our store, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Manage and control budgets, inventory, and store operations to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail operations management role, preferably in a fashion or luxury goods environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and customer feedback
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong business acumen, with a focus on driving sales growth and improving customer engagement
