Overnight Operations Supervisor - Hotel Co 51

Full-Time contract

Gross annual salary - £30700 per year

As an Overnight Operations Supervisor at Hotel Co 51, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that exceptional customer service is consistently provided at the Front Desk during the night hours. Your leadership will guide and support the Front Office Night Receptionists and Auditors, fostering a motivated team dedicated to guest satisfaction. You will be committed to delivering a warm and friendly service to our guests throughout the night.

We seek an individual eager to contribute to the growth and development of our hotel. In this position, you will oversee the entire Front Office Night team and report directly to the Front Office Manager.

As part of a dynamic team, your contributions will be valued and essential to our success.

Your Profile:

  • A natural leader with hosting abilities
  • Adaptable and positive in approach
  • Previous experience in a front desk role
  • Strong communication and guest service skills
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to excellence
  • Energetic with a friendly demeanor
  • Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Proficient in English, with a second language preferred
  • Technologically savvy, with experience in Opera
  • Responsible for managing guest arrivals and departures, along with completing all supervisor shift checklists
  • Capable of addressing all guest requests, including concierge services
  • Previous experience as a Night Receptionist or Supervisor is essential
  • Dedicated to providing a personal and friendly service to our guests
  • Service-oriented with a focus on enhancing the guest experience
  • A collaborative team player
