Role Overview: Catering Operations Supervisor
The Catering Operations Supervisor will possess some kitchen experience, though formal chef training is not a prerequisite. Responsibilities include ensuring food is prepared at the correct temperatures and managing front-of-house duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in preparing and serving high-quality food and beverages.
  • Oversee food and beverage service delivery.
  • Monitor food quality, portion control, and dietary preparation.
  • Ensure staff meet customer expectations and maintain high catering standards.
  • Keep front-of-house areas tidy and well-stocked with beverages.
  • Maintain accurate records, including supply orders and stock levels.
  • Uphold cleanliness standards in line with health and safety regulations.
  • Report any defects or breakdowns promptly.
  • Support the Head Chef with risk assessments and compliance related to catering.
  • Engage in service improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with the club's safeguarding policies during interactions with players and representatives.
  • Report any safeguarding concerns through the appropriate channels.

  • Comply with legal, regulatory, ethical, and social standards.
