Position Overview

The Catering Operations Manager at Brentford FC plays a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional food and beverage services within the club's facilities. This position is integral to maintaining the high standards expected by our community and fans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Culinary Leadership: Collaborate with the Head Chef to prepare and present high-quality meals and beverages.
  • Service Delivery: Oversee the execution of food and beverage service, ensuring a seamless experience for all guests.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor food quality, portion sizes, and dietary requirements to meet customer expectations.
  • Customer Engagement: Ensure that staff are attentive to customer needs and maintain a high standard of catering service.
  • Front of House Management: Keep the front of house area organized, tidy, and well-stocked with refreshments.
