About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at DO & CO Airline Catering. As a key member of our production unit, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and repair of building systems, including heating, ventilation, and plumbing.
  • Team Support: Provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Scheduling and Planning: Create and manage schedules to ensure that maintenance tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and procurement, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including schedules, repairs, and inspections.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4-5 years of experience in a maintenance or supervisory role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of health and safety practices, regulations, and building trades.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
