Position: Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Heathrow, UK

Working Hours: Full time - 12-hour shifts, 4 days on, 4 days off

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of both team members and passengers.
  • Organize and oversee shift schedules effectively.
  • Manage inventory and logistics operations efficiently.
  • Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and airport regulatory bodies.
  • Conduct maintenance tasks onboard as necessary.
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and assess the performance of team members when applicable.
  • Approach problem-solving with creativity and practicality.
  • Exhibit strong conflict resolution capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience in Aircraft Line Maintenance.
  • Understanding of Safety Management Systems in the aviation sector.
  • Possession of necessary regulatory certifications.
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
