Job Title: Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to lead and oversee the daily operations of our Heathrow line station. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of their teams and customers, managing inventory and logistics, and performing preventive maintenance on aircraft systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate weekly shift patterns for site personnel in alignment with customer flight schedules.
  • Oversee inventory control and local logistics for customer and Panasonic Avionics capital assets.
  • Develop and implement schedules for preventive maintenance of systems installed on customer aircraft.
  • Maintain routine daily interactions with customers at the Line Maintenance level and liaise with local airport authorities.
  • Occasionally perform onboard maintenance activities and fill in for absent employees when required.
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of direct reports, if applicable.
Requirements:
  • Background in Aircraft Line Maintenance.
  • Working knowledge of Safety Management in Aviation.
  • Qualified to satisfy regulatory licensing for assigned country or geographical region, and customer requirements UK CAA B1 or B2.
  • Experience as a lead/crew chief/supervisor/mentor.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint or equivalent products.
  • Ability to solve problems as they occur on the local level and resolve conflicts in imaginative and practical ways.
