Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor and Engineer to join our team at DO & CO Airline Catering. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and repair of our facilities, including electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of maintenance personnel to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Assist with budgeting and cost control to ensure that maintenance expenses are minimized and aligned with company goals.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in a safe and healthy manner, and that all personnel are aware of and comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve maintenance-related problems in a timely and effective manner.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with other departments and personnel to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4-5 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations, as well as experience with electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
