Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at DO & CO, a leading luxury airline catering company. As a key member of our production unit, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist with budgeting and cost estimation for maintenance projects.
  • Provide on-the-job training to team members and ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to prevent equipment failure and reduce the risk of accidents.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential problems and implement corrective actions.
  • Inspect and maintain building systems, including heating, ventilation, and plumbing.
  • Order spare parts and materials as needed to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Document maintenance activities and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate with external contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Manage the workload and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and practices on site.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role.
  • Knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations.
  • Experience with electrical, AC, and plumbing systems is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of building trades, cleaning procedures, and maintenance.
  • Effective budgeting and performance management skills.
  • Fantastic organizational and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data-driven approach.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with team members and other departments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to apply knowledge and skills to quickly solve problems.
  • Strong numerical reasoning ability.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
