We are seeking a highly skilled Flight Checker to join our team at DO & CO Airline Catering. As a Flight Checker, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our luxury airline catering products.

• Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks on prepared meals to ensure they meet our high standards.
• Special Meal Requests: Verify and process special meal requests, including last-minute changes and additional meals.
• Documentation: Ensure accurate labeling and paperwork for all flights.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Shift Manager and other team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance our quality control processes.

• Basic Hygiene Knowledge: Possess a working knowledge of basic hygiene practices.
• Production Experience: Ideally, have experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Numerical and Checking Skills: Demonstrate basic numerical and checking skills.
• Communication: Possess basic written and verbal English skills and be able to communicate effectively with the team and other departments.
• Physical Abilities: Be able to work in a chilled environment and possess physical skills such as movement, coordination, and dexterity.
• Problem-Solving: Be able to work under pressure and remain calm in stressful situations.
• Teamwork: Be a team player and able to build strong relationships with colleagues.

• Competitive Hourly Rate: £13.00 per hour.
