**Job Description**:

- Supporting Section Managers and Supervisors with all day-to-day tasks to ensure the effective dispatch of all flights to our customer with accurate specifications
- Ensuring the exceptional DO & CO quality is maintained at its highest level with maximum efficiency in accordance with DO & CO regulations as set by the Quality Assurance team
- Ensuring you adhere to all SOP’s and ALL relevant Critical Control Points, Health and Safety, Food safety and all legal requirements with the DFT and security
- Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with all departments, ensuring the provision of a positive and professional service that elevates the DO & CO reputation
- Taking responsibility for all your actions, support your team, and celebrate successes as a family
- sending overtime and missing hours to managers
- Stock count in system
- short haul and long haul seals paperwork for packers and checkers
- Inventory of flights

**Qualifications**:

- Role model ability, ready to roll up your sleeves and do what is needed to give our customers the best service with a problem-solving mentality
- Admin experience with Microsoft/ outlook
- Well presented, professional individual with a can-do, positive attitude that indulges in team success
- The ability to clearly engage and communicate with a good understanding of the English language, written and verbal
- The ability to adapt to change as you will be required to work in various departments in the Unit
- Flexiblility in the way you think and reacting quickly and efficiently to changing circumstances
- Previous experience in a similar role or a passion for a career in hospitality, leisure and tourism
