About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Superdrug. As an Assistant Retail Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver high operational standards and results
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales and service targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage stock levels, inventory, and visual merchandising to ensure a compelling customer experience
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of retail key performance indicators (KPIs) and ability to interpret data
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
