  • Sales and Profit
    • Work closely with the Store Manager to identify and explore opportunities to grow sales, ensure optimum stock range and availability, and maintain strict cost and stock control.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive sales growth.
  • Training and Development
    • Support the development of the sales team, providing coaching and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
    • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fast-moving high street retailer.
  • Skills
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Basic knowledge of retail Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including sales, profit, and service.
  • Education
    • GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths.
