About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Digital Experience to join our Product Team. As a leader in the creative vision, strategy, and delivery of multiple design efforts, you will maximize growth for individuals on project teams. You'll define the conceptual direction for projects and collaborate across disciplines to ensure compelling and usable digital experiences.

You will be a visible leader in cultivating an inspirational culture centered around creativity, user-centricity, and diversity. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with extensive digital design experience and proven success in design and implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the overall customer experience and journey
  • Develop a strategy to achieve a unified look and feel across all our digital applications, defining a revamped user experience for our customer base
  • Oversee and drive the creation and implementation of the design system for the Workforce Resilience digital environment
  • Apply leading technologies to build reusable components adaptable to various user experiences
  • Enhance user experience (UX) and customer experience (CX) by collaborating closely with design teams. This includes conducting user research, gathering feedback, and implementing design improvements to ensure seamless, engaging digital touchpoints aligned with customer expectations.
  • Coordinate the execution of the above across Design, Digital, and Engineering teams
About You
  • Demonstrable experience in Experience design, digital platform management, and design system implementation
  • Understand Agile/Scrum methodologies and support iterative design and continuous improvement
  • Possess a customer-centric mindset and focus on human-centered design
  • Think critically and solve problems with a structured and commercially driven approach
  • Encourage team growth and development, fostering a growth mindset
  • Gather customer insights through research, data, and continuous feedback loops
  • Demonstrate strong networking abilities and confidence interacting with senior decision-makers
  • Exhibit high-level project management skills and techniques
  • Are an innovative problem solver with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Show cultural sensitivity and awareness
