About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Strategy Consultant to join our Strategy Team at London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of strategies that drive positive change in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic analyses and interpret complex datasets to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Design and develop forecast models to predict demand, capacity, and other key metrics.
  • Estimate the impact of strategic options and interventions on business outcomes.
  • Employ expertise in healthcare activity and finance datasets, as well as population-wide datasets.
What You'll Need
  • Proven experience in strategic planning and analysis, with a strong understanding of healthcare systems and data.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business outcomes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to design and develop forecast models, as well as estimate the impact of strategic options and interventions.
