We are seeking a seasoned professional (Senior Manager, Director, Engagement Manager, Associate Partner, Principal level) with a robust understanding of technology and digital transformation to join our elite Strategy Consulting team, specifically catering to the Public Sector and supporting Defence and Ministry of Defence (MoD) clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technology foresight, market intelligence, and strategic advice to senior government officials.
  • Engage in strategic planning for C-suite executives, including CEOs, CDOs, CFOs, CIOs, and senior IT leaders, focusing on roadmaps, operating models, organizational design, and governance.
  • Facilitate data-driven decision-making, innovation, and IT cost optimization.
  • Lead IT strategy engagements and contribute to sales pursuits and proposal development.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

  • Consulting experience from a top-tier management consulting firm.
  • An MBA qualification is desirable.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the UK Public Sector, particularly in:
    • Digital Transformation
    • Technology and IT Strategy (including Cloud strategy)
    • Sourcing and Contract Optimization
    • Strategic Transformation
  • Expertise in strategic consulting frameworks and financial principles.
