We seek an experienced professional at the Senior Manager, Director, Engagement Manager, Associate Partner, or Principal level, who possesses a robust understanding of technology and digital transformation, specifically within the Public Sector, focusing on Defence and Ministry of Defence (MoD) clients.

The Senior Partner will deliver technology foresight, market intelligence, and strategic advice to senior government officials. Responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Planning for C-suite executives (CEO, CDO, CFO, CIO)
  • Developing roadmaps and operating models
  • Organizational design and governance
  • Facilitating data-driven decision-making, innovation, and IT cost optimization

Ideal candidates will have consulting experience from a prestigious management consulting firm, with an MBA qualification being desirable. A comprehensive understanding of the UK Public Sector is essential, particularly in:

  • Digital Transformation
  • Technology and IT Strategy (including Cloud strategy)
  • Sourcing and Contract Optimization
  • Strategic Transformation

Proficiency in strategic consulting frameworks and financial principles is required, along with a proven track record in leading IT strategy engagements and contributing to sales pursuits and proposal development.
