Harnham, a leading global consultancy, is seeking a Senior AI Strategy Consultant to spearhead the establishment and expansion of their innovative AI Hub. This role will focus on leveraging cutting-edge AI methodologies to address complex challenges faced by clients.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior AI Strategy Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging directly with clients to present and secure new business opportunities for the AI division
  • Collaborating with senior management to enhance the AI Hub's capabilities, including talent acquisition
  • Overseeing a team of AI Consultants as the Hub scales

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Robust academic credentials, ideally to PhD level, in a relevant discipline
  • Significant professional experience as a Data Scientist within a consultancy environment
  • Exceptional communication abilities, with a track record of interacting with clients or non-technical stakeholders
  • Research expertise, either from academic settings or R&D roles
  • Proficiency in advanced AI techniques
  • Demonstrated experience in project leadership
  • Technical skills: Python, SQL

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Competitive salary ranging from £120,000 to £150,000
