POSITION SUMMARY
This role is based in a dynamic environment where you will engage with clients and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

WORKING HOURS:
Full-time commitment of 40 hours per week.

REPORTING TO:
Senior Management Team.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Client Support Coordinator, you will serve as a vital link among our clients, support personnel, and management teams. We seek an individual who is self-assured, skilled, and eager to embrace challenges.

You will be expected to showcase your ability to manage personnel and systems effectively while collaborating with Package Managers to facilitate client rehabilitation.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain weekly communication with available Support Workers (SW)
  • Update internal databases with SW availability
  • Develop and confirm schedules based on SW availability
  • Manage daily, weekly, and emergency shift coverage
  • Assist Package Managers in gathering essential documentation for client assessments
  • Support and monitor the use of internal systems
  • Coordinate with support staff for daily reporting and timesheet submissions
  • Aid Package Managers in maintaining statutory documentation such as Care Plans and Risk Assessments
  • Help organize and participate in team meetings and reviews
  • Assist in creating and amending necessary forms using online platforms
  • Conduct regular client check-ins and assessments
  • Facilitate quarterly reviews with SWs to discuss professional development
  • Collaborate with other departments to support recruitment efforts
  • Participate in the on-call rotation as needed
  • Manage the distribution of personal protective equipment
  • Schedule introductory meetings and staff inductions
  • Coordinate shadow shifts, ensuring alignment of availability
  • Ensure documentation is current and accurate
  • Fulfill on-call responsibilities as required

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Engage in staff supervision and performance evaluation processes
  • Undertake any other tasks as directed by management
