About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Activities Coordinator to join our team at HC-One. As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in planning and implementing activities that bring joy and stimulation to our residents.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and deliver engaging activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents. This will involve working closely with the Home Manager to organize fundraising events, collaborating with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive environment, and utilizing your creativity to design innovative activities that promote socialization, confidence, and overall wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive environment
  • Develop and deliver engaging activities that promote socialization, confidence, and overall wellbeing
  • Work closely with the Home Manager to organize fundraising events
  • Recognize and respond to signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect, and know what to do if concerns arise
