Director of Alumni Engagement

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Alumni & Supporter Relations team. As our new Associate Director of Alumni & Supporter Relations, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive alumni engagement strategy that fosters a strong sense of community and connection among our 430,000+ alumni in 190 countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a gold-standard alumni engagement strategy that meets the needs of our diverse and global community
- Lead a talented team of professionals in delivering exceptional alumni experiences and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and joined-up experiences for our alumni
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including alumni, donors, and university leaders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in alumni engagement and development
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading alumni engagement or development teams in a higher education or non-profit setting
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a senior management team, with a focus on achieving shared goals and objectives
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
