As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, Cotswold Outdoor collaborates with Runners Need and Snow + Rock to provide exceptional service and a diverse range of products from top global brands, all while promoting sustainability.

What will your role entail?

In this position, you will work closely with the Store Manager to enhance store performance and create a memorable shopping experience by:

  • Assisting with essential operational tasks related to inventory management, audits, and financial processes.
  • Serving as a role model to motivate your team in delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Fostering an inclusive shopping environment by engaging with customers to understand their unique needs.
  • Leading and energizing the store team in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Upholding high standards of store presentation and executing seasonal campaigns as directed.

  • Proven experience in managing and mentoring a team to achieve collective goals.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping customers find the right products for their adventures.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including compliance, processes, and visual merchandising.
  • A collaborative spirit that contributes to the ongoing development of the store and team.
