**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide support to the Store Manager and act as a vital link between the Management and the Sales staff.
  • Take responsibility for a number of processes within the store, including monitoring and driving sales, suggesting ideas for improvement, and ensuring the store is maintained to the highest possible standard.
  • Deal with customer complaints and enquiries, providing the best possible outcome.
  • Monitor the personal appearance of sales staff and ensure they are in line with company guidelines.
  • Manage in-store devices to ensure customers have access to the full product range.
  • Understand and apply Footfall, ATV, and Conversion metrics to drive sales.
  • Attract and engage customers using visual techniques and ensure they have a positive shopping experience.

**Training and Development**

  • Encourage personal progression and assist in maintaining the team's progression through relevant training and development opportunities.
  • Provide assistance with the induction and training of new starters.

**Requirements**

  • Retail Management experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent Time Management skills.
  • IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
