**Our Vision**
We want to be the leading global omnichannel retailer in the sports and outdoor industry. To achieve this, we are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Floor Supervisor.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide support to the Store Manager and act as a vital link between the Management and the Sales staff.
- Take responsibility for a number of processes within the store, including monitoring and driving sales, suggesting ideas for improvement, and ensuring the store is maintained to the highest possible standard.
- Deal with customer complaints and enquiries, providing the best possible outcome.
- Monitor the personal appearance of sales staff and ensure they are in line with company guidelines.
- Manage in-store devices to ensure customers have access to the full product range.
- Understand and apply Footfall, ATV, and Conversion metrics to drive sales.
- Attract and engage customers using visual techniques and ensure they have a positive shopping experience.
**Training and Development**
- Encourage personal progression throughout the store.
- Assist in maintaining the team's progression by ensuring personnel completes relevant training E-Assessments.
- Provide assistance with the induction and training of new starters.
**Requirements**
- Retail Management experience is advantageous.
- Excellent Time Management skills.
- IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
