    • Ensure outstanding levels of customer engagement.
    • Effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
    • Oversee the appearance and service standards of sales personnel.
    • Recognize the significance of measuring customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance
    • Meet and surpass sales objectives.
    • Daily assessment of sales personnel performance.
    • Efficiently manage in-store technology.
    • Utilize analytical reports for optimal product placement and key selling strategies.
    • Comprehend metrics such as Footfall, Average Transaction Value, and Conversion Rates.
  • Visual Presentation
    • Employ visual merchandising techniques to captivate and engage shoppers.
    • Maintain the store's presentation to the highest standards.
    • Ensure stock is clean and visually appealing.
  • Training & Development
    • Promote personal growth within the team.
    • Support team training and development initiatives.
    • Assist in onboarding new team members.
  • Required Skills/Experience/Knowledge
    • Preferred experience in Retail Management.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
