    • Oversee the presentation and service quality of sales personnel.
    • Recognize the significance of customer service metrics.
  • Sales Performance
    • Meet and surpass sales objectives.
    • Conduct daily assessments of sales team performance.
    • Utilize in-store technology efficiently.
    • Leverage analytical reports for optimal product placement and sales strategies.
    • Comprehend key performance indicators such as Footfall, Average Transaction Value, and Conversion Rates.
  • Visual Presentation
    • Implement visual merchandising strategies to captivate and retain customers.
    • Uphold the store's aesthetic to the highest standards.
    • Ensure stock is organized and visually appealing.
  • Team Development
    • Promote personal growth opportunities within the team.
    • Support the training and development of staff members.
    • Assist in onboarding new employees.
  • Required Skills and Experience
    • Previous experience in retail management is advantageous.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
