Job Overview

Belcan Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide critical support to a department or individual in a multinational oil and gas corporation. This is a 12-month contract opportunity, with the potential for extension, offering full-time on-site engagement, totaling 37.5 hours per week and falls under Inside of IR35 regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to a department or individual, handling tasks such as data recording, analysis, and reporting.
  • Contribute to special projects involving data recording, analysis, and reporting, requiring strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential for this role.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and email systems.
  • Adept administrative coordination abilities.
  • Excellent customer service experience.
  • Numerate, capable of computing figures for upload to various systems.
  • Quick learner, adaptable, and able to customize as necessary.

Working with the Business Team

  • Collaborate with the business team to produce Excel spreadsheets, SharePoint Surveys, SAP reports, and handle internal systems and mail merges.
