Belcan Workforce Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide critical support to a department or individual, handling tasks such as data recording, analysis, and reporting, as well as maintaining records and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to a department or individual, including data recording, analysis, and reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with the business team to produce reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative materials
Requirements:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong administrative coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service experience
