As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide critical support to a department or individual, handling tasks such as data recording, analysis, and reporting, as well as maintaining records and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to a department or individual, including data recording, analysis, and reporting
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the business team to produce reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative materials

Requirements:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong administrative coordination and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service experience
