Medical Administrative Coordinator | Office Management | Private Healthcare | Attractive Compensation | Flexible Hours Spire Healthcare is seeking a Medical Administrative Coordinator to join our team on a flexible, as-needed basis. We are dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services, drawing patients from various regions and beyond. Key Responsibilities:

Respond to phone inquiries and direct them to the appropriate medical professionals. Schedule initial patient consultations and input their information into our internal management system. Provide new patients with detailed information regarding their upcoming appointments, including potential fees associated with services. Accurately transcribe clinic correspondence using digital or audio dictation from medical professionals, ensuring timely follow-up appointments are scheduled. Assist in the organization of future clinics, tracking results, and ensuring all necessary preparations are completed for upcoming appointments. Follow up on patient results to ensure they are available for review by the medical team during consultations. Draft discharge summaries as dictated by medical professionals as needed. Generate medical documentation for insurance purposes to facilitate treatment approvals. Securely maintain patient records in accordance with hospital policies and data protection regulations.

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in a medical administrative role or as a secretary/PA. Proven track record in a similar position, delivering high-quality service to clients. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Proficient audio typing skills. Fully computer literate with strong MS Office skills.
