Position Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive individual to become a part of our team as a Healthcare Legal Administrative Coordinator at Clyde & Co. In this role, you will oversee client interactions, administrative functions, communication, financial responsibilities, and overall processing. The ideal candidate will possess prior legal administrative experience in the Healthcare sector or Clinical Negligence, comprehensive knowledge of document management systems, and outstanding communication abilities.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee document preparation and ensure precision before submission to attorneys
- Manage client inquiries and correspondence
- Maintain client records and ensure adherence to compliance standards
- Initiate and close files, manage filing systems, and maintain accurate records
- Assist fee earners in business development initiatives
- Coordinate schedules, create Excel reports, and deliver exceptional client service
Required Skills & Experience:
- Prior legal administrative experience in Healthcare or Clinical Negligence
- Strong communicator with a focus on customer service
- Demonstrated experience in managing client-facing responsibilities and priorities
- Detail-oriented and accountable for the quality and delivery of work
- Collaborative team player willing to embrace new challenges
Technical Proficiencies:
- Experience in a legal or professional services setting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
