Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to fill the role of Client Relationship Administrator at Clyde & Co. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, administrative tasks, communication, financial duties, and overall processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage document production and ensure accuracy before passing to lawyers
  • Handle client inquiries and correspondence
  • Maintain client information and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Open/close files, manage filing requirements, and record keeping
  • Support business development activities and provide exceptional client service
  • Manage diaries, produce reports, and maintain accurate records

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment, preferably in Healthcare or Clinical Negligence
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
  • Proven experience of managing client-facing tasks and priorities
  • Conscientious and accountable for delivery and quality of work
  • Excellent team player with a willingness to take on new responsibilities

Technical Skills:

  • Experience in a legal or professional services environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and document management systems
