RESPONSIBILITIES

Pharmacy Engagement and Onboarding

  • Work alongside our care home sales team to identify and onboard optimal pharmacy services for our clients.
  • Communicate the advantages of partnering with Camascope and utilizing our eMAR system to pharmacies.
  • Coordinate with the onboarding team and pharmacy partners to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Relationship Management

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with our pharmacy partners, ensuring their satisfaction and engagement.
  • Develop strategies to enhance our connections with a diverse range of pharmacies, from independent establishments to large national chains.

CRM Management

  • Utilize CRM systems effectively to maintain detailed, up-to-date records of our pharmacy interactions.
  • Leverage CRM data to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and inform strategic decisions.

Lead Generation and Business Development

  • Capitalize on your relationships with pharmacy partners to generate leads for our care home sales team.
  • Collaborate with pharmacies to identify and introduce potential care home clients to Camascope.
  • Formulate and implement strategies to expand our pharmacy network and enhance our market presence.

Client Requirements and Recommendations

  • Comprehend the specific needs of our care service clients and recommend appropriate pharmacies to our sales team.
  • Ensure that the pharmacies we suggest align with client requirements and preferences.

Operational Support

  • Provide operational assistance to guarantee the smooth integration of pharmacy services with our eMAR system.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to pharmacy onboarding and integration.

REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • A degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.

Experience

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pharmacy sales, operations, or business development.
  • A proven history of successfully managing pharmacy relationships and onboarding processes.
  • Experience with CRM systems and maintaining accurate records is essential.

Skills

  • Exceptional relationship management and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and address the needs of both clients and partners.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Other Requirements

  • A passion for enhancing healthcare delivery through technology.

  • Knowledge of the care home and pharmacy sectors, including relevant regulations and standards.
