Pharmacy Office Coordinator

Lakes Pharmacy, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Office Administrator to join our dynamic team in our central distribution hub. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Managers, Pharmacists, and Dispensers in their day-to-day activities.
We are looking for a professional with a proven track record in office administration, preferably within the Pharmacy sector. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to provide friendly, welcoming, and professional support to our clients, suppliers, and GP surgeries.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to Managers, Pharmacists, and Dispensers
- Managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
- Communicating effectively with clients, suppliers, and GP surgeries via telephone and email
- Developing and maintaining accurate records and reports
- Utilizing Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, to perform administrative tasks
