Day Lewis Pharmacy is a well-established community pharmacy dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services to our local community. We pride ourselves on our commitment to patient care and our friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy team in delivering outstanding patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispensing and Preparing Prescriptions: Accurately dispense medications according to prescriptions, ensuring compliance with legal and professional requirements.
  • Stock Management: Assist in managing and ordering pharmaceutical stock, ensuring that the pharmacy is well-stocked with necessary medications and supplies.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all medications are stored and dispensed according to regulatory guidelines, and that all records are kept up to date.
  • Administration: Assist with the administrative tasks related to the pharmacy, including maintaining accurate patient records and processing payments.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a community or hospital setting is preferred
