Pharmacy Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Pharmacy Dispenser. As a Pharmacy Dispenser, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in all branch processes, including dispensing medication and providing customer service.
- Build positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals.
- Assist in the delivery of pharmacy services, including dispensing medication and providing health advice.
- Serve as an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy, representing the company and interacting with the community on a daily basis.
- NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course.
- Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification.
- Experience working in a customer-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of confidentiality and ability to handle medications accurately.
