Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Lead Nurse. The successful candidate will have a strong clinical background and excellent leadership skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care in a secure setting.

About the Role

The Lead Nurse will be responsible for the daily management and coordination of evidence-based care, providing strong clinical leadership to the nursing team. This includes shift planning, adjusting staffing levels, and prioritizing workload in accordance with patient need and service demand.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best care is optimized at all times, assessing, providing advice, and administering evidence-based care as appropriate to patients within Health & Justice. This includes leading physical health services as part of a multi-disciplinary team to plan, provide, and evaluate a range of health interventions to meet prisoner healthcare needs.
