We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at Spectrum Community Health CIC. Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and management to the nursing team, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based care and promoting a culture of excellence.
- Develop and implement effective care plans, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
- Assess, provide advice, and administer evidence-based care as appropriate to patients within Health & Justice settings.
- Lead physical health services as part of a multi-disciplinary team, planning, providing, and evaluating a range of health interventions to meet prisoner healthcare needs.
- Contribute to the continuous development of integrated prison healthcare services, demonstrating knowledge, skills, and understanding of health issues and evidence-based treatment options.
- Registered General Nurse Level 1
- Evidence of ongoing CPD and delivery of evidence-based care
- Independent Nurse/Supplementary/Non-Medical Prescriber qualification or willingness to undertake
- Appropriate management qualification or equivalent experience
