Job Title: Clinical Nurse Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Lead to join our team at Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear (CNTW) NHS Foundation Trust.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team, developing collaborative care plans, and ensuring high standards of evidence-based care. They will also be responsible for facilitating staff appraisals, clinical supervision, and personal development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team
  • Ensure high standards of evidence-based care and practice
  • Facilitate staff appraisals, clinical supervision, and personal development
  • Provide compassionate care that is based on empathy, kindness, respect, and dignity
Requirements
  • Professional Nursing qualification RNLD
  • ENB 998 / P126/127 or equivalent
  • Student Assessor /Mentor
  • Post registration clinical experience
  • 12 to 24 month band 5 qualified nurse experience dependent upon service need
  • Continued professional development
