About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at Spectrum Community Health CIC. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing strong clinical leadership and management to our nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in a secure setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and management to the nursing team, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based care and promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
  • Assess, provide advice, and administer evidence-based care as appropriate to patients within Health & Justice settings.
  • Lead physical health services as part of a multi-disciplinary team, planning, providing, and evaluating a range of health interventions to meet prisoner healthcare needs.
  • Contribute to the continuous development of integrated prison healthcare services, demonstrating knowledge, skills, and understanding of health issues and evidence-based treatment options.
Requirements
  • Registered General Nurse Level 1
  • Evidence of ongoing CPD and delivery of evidence-based care
  • Independent Nurse/Supplementary/Non-Medical Prescriber qualification or willingness to undertake
  • Appropriate management qualification or equivalent experience
