We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support and System Administration expert to join our team at Sky. As a key member of our UK&I Technology team, you will be responsible for providing 2nd line technical support and user administration for Finance systems (SAP BI & SAP ECC).
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Finance systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Administer user access and permissions for Finance systems, ensuring compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve system efficiency.
As a Technical Support and System Administration expert, you will also be responsible for leading and conducting audits for SAP BI and SAP ECC systems, ensuring full compliance with both internal and external audit requirements.
- Lead and conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual audits for SAP BI and SAP ECC systems.
- Maintain clear evidence and documentation of audit results to support regulatory and corporate governance standards.
You will provide prompt, professional responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of service and maintaining a calm and solution-oriented approach while handling customer concerns.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience with finance systems (SAP BI/SAP ECC systems).
- Experience with ticket management systems, including tools such as SysAid and Service-Now.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach technical challenges creatively.
- Willingness to share knowledge and coach others in system use and troubleshooting.
