About the Role

We are seeking an experienced care leader to join our team at Bright Futures Care Ltd as a Registered Manager. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our children's home and ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered to our young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the home, including staff supervision and training
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our young people
  • Ensure the home is run in a safe and efficient manner, meeting all relevant regulations and standards
  • Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver positive outcomes for our young people
  • Hold a Level 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership in Health & Social Care, or be willing to work towards it
  • Have NVQ 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
