We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manufacturing Site Leader to oversee our manufacturing operations at Ditton. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in batch chemical manufacturing environments and a strong passion for safety and operational excellence.

  • Degree qualified with previous leadership experience in manufacturing
  • Expertise in establishing and maintaining a culture of safety across the site
  • Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and aligning site goals with business objectives
